The system performs this task reliably and can process up to four carton sizes in random order without reconfiguration – delivering maximum productivity at the final stage of the intralogistics process.

AUTO.PROTECT detects voids using a vision system and applies AI-supported cushioning automatically. AUTO.MINIMIZE

AUTO.MINIMIZE reduces parcel dimensions and packaging material, enabling more sustainable and cost-efficient shipping. The system measures the size and filling level of each box and automatically adjusts its height to the optimal level. It then folds and seals the carton using water-activated tape, self-adhesive tape or hot-melt adhesive. Alternatively, cartons can be closed with a separate lid. Different box sizes can be procsessed in random order without manual adjustment, ensuring seamless integration into high-throughput packaging environments.

AUTO.CLOSE

AUTO.CLOSE automatically closes and seals prepacked cartons using water-activated tape, self-adhesive tape or hot-melt adhesive. Different carton sizes can be processed in random order without manual intervention. Various sealing options are available: U-shaped (with optional pull strip), C-shaped for flat cartons, and T-shaped for heavy consignments. Water-activated tape provides theft- and tamper-proof security and allows the carton and tape to be recycled together.
