Printers Slitters with Die-Cutter
Our 5-color high-speed automated flexographic printer slotters, equipped with both flatbed and rotary die-cutting systems, enable precise printing, slotting, and cutting in one continuous process - handling up to 150 sheets per minute. Featuring automated lead edge feeders and stackers, advanced sensors, and state-of-the-art control technology, these machines deliver maximum efficiency and outstanding print accuracy of up to ±0.5 mm. With a maximum printing size of 1140 mm × 2700 mm, they provide high-quality multi-color printing and precise die-cutting for a wide range of customized corrugated packaging solutions.

Through rigorous testing of thickness, bursting strength, puncture resistance, and edge crush values, we guarantee reliable load-bearing capacity and product protection. All results are documented and can be provided in the form of detailed Certificates of Analysis (CoA), ensuring full transparency and compliance — including for regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals.

PRODUCTION PROCESS STEPS
The first step in our carton manufacturing process is paperboard production. Our fully automated corrugation line operates at speeds of up to 200 meters of carton sheets per minute, with a daily capacity of approximately 100 tons.
Our facility operates the only machine of its kind in Egypt and the Middle East capable of producing 7-ply corrugated board in one continuous, uninterrupted production process. This advanced capability allows us to manufacture high-strength carton solutions tailored for demanding industrial and export applications.
Following paperboard production, the sheets proceed to the printing stage, where branding, graphics, and handling instructions are applied using advanced flexographic technology. We operate four high-speed, state-of-the-art flexo printers, delivering efficient turnaround and consistent quality. Our capabilities range from simple one-color markings to high-impact multi-color designs (up to four colors), meeting both industrial and branded packaging requirements.

After printing, the sheets proceed to the die-cutting stage. Using precision-engineered cutting dies equipped with steel blades and creasing tools, each layout is accurately cut and prepared for folding while minimizing material waste. Excess board is separated and recycled for reuse in new paper production. Our facility operates four die-cutting machines - three manual and one automatic - ensuring flexibility for both standard and custom designs.
From standard cartons to display-ready packaging and specialized inserts, we create die-cut solutions tailored to your product requirements.
Once die-cutting is complete, the sheets move to packaging, where we offer two options:

Folder-Gluer – Flat die-cut pieces are folded, pre-creased, and glued. Transparent windows can be applied inline when required. Operations are optimized to minimize passes and deliver flat, ready-to-use packages. We use four machines: three manual and one automatic.

Stitcher – Single or double nails are applied automatically to strengthen cartons. The machine allows quick size adjustments, automatic counting, and bundling of finished products. We use three machines: one manual and two semi-automatic.
