FOAMplus® is a high-quality foam packaging solution that adapts to the contours of your product and protects goods from transit damage caused by shock, vibration and impact. Whether items are heavy, fragile or irregularly shaped, FOAMplus® delivers reliable protection where conventional packaging reaches its limits. Made from expanded polyurethane, the foam is robust and resistant - and its lightweight nature can help reduce transport costs.

With the FOAMplus® Bag Packer³ and Hand Packer² dispensing systems, foam packaging is produced directly at the packing station on demand, reducing the need for pre-fabricated packaging and large storage areas. It expands up to 250 times its liquid volume and molds precisely to the product’s shape, securely encapsulating it inside the carton. FOAMplus® is available in a range of strengths to match different product weights and fragility levels.
