PAPERplus® Dragonfly MEANS INNOVATIVE AND FLUFFY VOID FILLING
With PAPERplus® Dragonfly, you are all set for fast and efficient void filling. Adjustable to three different speeds, the machine produces between 50 and 60 meters of extra wide crimped paper pads per minute, rapidly filling the box to hold down and secure the shipping goods. As the only machine on the packaging market, PAPERplus® Dragonfly creates fluffy paper pads with adjustable volume as needed thanks to the unique Variable Cushion Density Feature.
This allows for an optimal pack integrity in medium to large parcels weighing between approximately 5 and 10kg - every time. In addition, PAPERplus® Dragonfly is designed to suit the operators’ packing comfort and is very safe to operate: No cutting system, but sophisticated gears separate the paper. As with other PAPERplus® machines, it can easily be incorporated into existing packing processes.
